RETURNING A PRODUCT? Born Brown has carefully created our exclusive collection and we hope that you will love all our products as much as we do. However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we guarantee a 100% refund of the purchase price or we would be happy to offer an exchange or replacement on all goods. That’s how confident we are that you will simply love our products! To return any products, please follow the following steps: You will be required to provide full details of your purchase. Please return your products by recorded delivery (retaining your recorded delivery receipt as proof of postage) and send to the following address: Upon receipt of the returned goods, Born Brown customer service will examine them and arrange a refund, exchange or replacement. We will endeavour to do this within seven working days of receipt. In addition to our returns policy and in accordance with Australian Fair Trading Regulations, you have the legal right to cancel your order within seven working days from the date of receipt. You must send us notification of any cancellation in writing and return the goods in their original, unopened and unused condition. This may also be applied to delivery of any goods made to a third party.
